The GG10 Group, as a set of companies, is a very young group, as it started in 2019. But it includes companies with much longer lifespan, such as, for example, LF, which is close to of its 35 years of activity. In addition to the companies, this Group includes people with even deeper and more relevant stories, who are the most important pillar of the existence of the GG10 Group.. An example is the story of its founder, Germano Grings. As you learn more about the Group and their people, you will understand each of these words.
Germano, who started his career at the age of 11, helping his mother and uncle in the family retail, at the age of 14, as a formal employee of the company, he worked in the upholstery industry and at 16 he started all the IT part of what would come to become Herval Group, a large group of companies from Rio Grande do Sul, also headquartered in the city of Dois Irmãos. At the age of 23, he took over as Managing Partner of the company – a position that would currently be recognized as CEO. Together with his team, he was in charge of the retail area of the Herval Group and, from the year 2000 onwards, he actually demonstrated his potential as a manager in the retail sector, transforming the area from the smallest to the largest unit in the Group. , with its company result multiplied by 42x over 19 years.

In 2014, in an internal restructuring, Germano became Vice-President of Retail and Wholesale and Vice-President of the Board of Directors in the same Herval Group. But his restlessness and vision made him take a career turn, leaving Grupo Herval in 2019 to found Grupo GG10. That's when this new story began, with a lot of focus on making a dream come true and which is just beginning..
In the split, Germano kept the company LF Máquinas e Ferramentas in his portfolio, a company that he acquired as a partner within the Herval Group. He merged it with Duncan Pneus, a wholesale that he had already founded independently in 2014. He opened the the e-commerces of LF and GPneus,, expanding operations to the entire national market and serving, with his products, also the final consumer. He acquired land to build a new distribution center and in this acquisition he also opted to acquire Parque de Lazer 7 Amigos, which in addition to being a leisure option for the entire region, is the sports venue for the GG10 Group's employees. As part of the strategy to expand the range of services offered and develop businesses that also internally support the other companies in the group, Germano brought Bem Informática, a software company, to the GG10.
In 2023, the GG10 Group brings a impactful news to the market: G-Haus, a new brand in the construction retail segment. A 30-year dream of Germano, which aims to make the journey related to construction and renovation simpler, easier and safer. Finally, in January 2024, Serello Consórcios is launched,which was created with the mission of providing opportunities to finance major achievements, through consortiums in the vehicle and real estate categories, proposing to exceed customer expectations through fluidity processes and transparent relationships.
All of this and more that is yet to come is being achieved thanks to the involvement of incredible professionals Germano, who help to take visions from paper and build together each result, each step, each achievement.
