The GG10 Group, as a set of companies, is a very young group, as it started in 2019. But it includes companies with much longer lifespan, such as, for example, LF, which is close to of its 35 years of activity. In addition to the companies, this Group includes people<\/strong> with even deeper and more relevant stories, who are the most important pillar of the existence of the GG10 Group.<\/b>. An example is the story of its founder, Germano Grings. Germano, who started his career at the age of 11, helping his mother and uncle in the family retail, at the age of 14, as a formal employee of the company, he worked in the upholstery industry and at 16 he started all the IT part of what would come to become Herval Group, a large group of companies from Rio Grande do Sul, also headquartered in the city of Dois Irm\u00e3os. At the age of 23, he took over as Managing Partner of the company \u2013 a position that would currently be recognized as CEO. Together with his team, he was in charge of the retail area of the Herval Group and, from the year 2000 onwards, he actually demonstrated his potential as a manager in the retail sector, transforming the area from the smallest to the largest unit in the Group. , with its company result multiplied by 42x over 19 years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In 2014, in an internal restructuring, Germano became Vice-President of Retail and Wholesale and Vice-President of the Board of Directors in the same Herval Group. But his restlessness and vision<\/strong> made him take a career turn, leaving Grupo Herval in 2019 to found Grupo GG10. That's when this new story began, with a lot of focus on making a dream come true and which is just beginning.<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In the split, Germano kept the company LF M\u00e1quinas e Ferramentas<\/b> em sua carteira, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o que ele adquiriu enquanto s\u00f3cio dentro do antigo grupo. Em 2014, estruturou o e-commerce da LF, ampliando sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o para todo o mercado nacional e passando a atender, tamb\u00e9m, o consumidor final.<\/span><\/p>

Como parte da estrat\u00e9gia de ampliar o leque de servi\u00e7os oferecidos e desenvolver solu\u00e7\u00f5es que apoiassem internamente as demais empresas do grupo, Germano trouxe para o GG10 a Bem Inform\u00e1tica<\/b>, empresa de softwares que posteriormente (2025) evoluiu para a ZIZ Performance Empresarial<\/b>, marca dedicada ao desenvolvimento de solu\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas e sistemas empresariais.<\/p>

Em 2023, o Grupo GG10 traz uma novidade de impacto ao mercado: a\u00a0G-Haus<\/b>, uma nova marca no segmento de varejo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Um sonho de 30 anos de Germano, que tem por objetivo tornar mais simples e f\u00e1cil, e solucionar com seguran\u00e7a a jornada relacionada \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o e reforma.<\/p>

Poucos meses depois, em janeiro de 2024, a companhia ampliou sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o agora para o setor financeiro com a chegada da Serello Cons\u00f3rcios,<\/b> que nasceu com a miss\u00e3o de oportunizar o financiamento de grandes conquistas por meio da modalidade de cons\u00f3rcios nas categorias de ve\u00edculos e im\u00f3veis, com foco em processos claros, \u00e1geis e rela\u00e7\u00f5es transparentes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

J\u00e1 em 2025, o Grupo GG10 incorporou a Tumelero ao seu porf\u00f3lio, uma das marcas mais tradicionais do varejo de materiais de constru\u00e7\u00e3o no Rio Grande do Sul, com mais de 58 anos de hist\u00f3ria. A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o representa um marco na trajet\u00f3ria do grupo, fortalecendo sua presen\u00e7a no estado e reafirmando o compromisso com crescimento sustent\u00e1vel, solidez operacional e vis\u00e3o de longo prazo. Com esse movimento, as duas lojas G-Haus \u2013 Caxias do Sul e Esteio \u2013 passam para a bandeira Tumelero em 2026, unificando os neg\u00f3cios do mesmo segmento e expandindo sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o para duas cidades em que, at\u00e9 esse momento, n\u00e3o contavam com loja Tumelero.<\/p>

E seguindo o objetivo de fortalecer a estrutura operacional da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, em 2026, foi apresentada ao mercado a Duncan Log\u00edstica, neg\u00f3cio que oferece solu\u00e7\u00f5es completas em armazenagem, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o log\u00edstica, compartilhando a expertise constru\u00edda ao longo da trajet\u00f3ria do grupo.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
